Our History…
Change of Pace began in Lancaster under the direction of Friendship Foundation. As our attendance grew, we found many were traveling long distances from southern Lancaster County, PA. A daughter group was then started in the southern end. We currently meet at New Providence Church of God, and have attracted participants from southeast Lancaster County and Chester County, as well as Cecil County, MD.
Who we are…
Women from many churches and of all ages and stages of life having a great time studying God’s word together and making many new friends along the way.
The program...
Our time together includes refreshments, praise and worship, and small group discussions. Participants in some studies will see a video that prepares us for our "homework". The morning schedule includes
refreshments at 9 AM, corporate worship at 9:15 AM, followed by
small groups discussing the past week's study assignments and concluding
with a DVD lesson for everyone. Please click on "Current Studies" for more descriptive information.
Child care is provided for infants through preschool age. Click on the "Childcare" link for more information. The preschoolers enjoy music and Bible activities, and at the end of our session demonstrate what they've learned in a special presentation.
